Wherever you are, whatever stresses you are feeling, just remember the free and beautiful moments and memories from your world, relish and collect them and hold them close to you.
They will sustain your heart when it feels fragile and sustain your soul when you are riven with fear. You have oceans of love inside of you. Hold the ancient shell of your own consciousness to your ear and listen.

Each night, before bed, I write of six things for which I feel gratitude. It’s amazing how a glance back through the book can lift mood and change perspective to a more positive angle!
That is so amazing Kev, I do a version of this as well – when I remember about it 😉 however instead say it to my partner, the Polish Bear so that he gets the benefit out of it too. It’s a form of non-religious prayer in a way. Yes it is powerful and grounding to remember the simple things in life. Stay well my lovely friend xx
When things start to get out of whack, I remember how my life was before compared to now and it grounds me back to where I am. Life is so much better, and I am thankful for what I have. Thank you for this wonderful post.
