I love the idea above about MED or minimum effective dose, which is a good way of thinking about all aspects of one’s life. How much food one should eat, blogging frequency, watching TV, working or anything else. In other words all things in moderation. If only it were that easy?! I guess it’s something to aspire to, a good set of goal posts, right?
